This outstanding fraternal organization has done much to enrich the life of our Nation during its 50 years of active service. AHEPAs record of service in behalf of humanity Is long and diverse. It has come to the aid of flood and earthquake victims at home and abroad. Its members have worked for the relief of war orphans and refugees. It has sponsored scholarships for worthy students for the past 41 years on local. district. and national levels. On my recent factfinding mission to Greece. as a member of the House Foreign Operations Appropriations Subcommittee.
