Testimony will be presented on the effectiveness of Federal food and nutrition programs in meeting the needs of migrant and seasonal farmworkers children. Mr. Marvin Levin. until recently a food program specialist with the Child Nutrition Division of the Department of Agriculture. will testify. Representatives of farmworker organizations. representatives of the administration. and other parties interested in food programs for children will be invited to testify at subsequent hearings.
