Where are the denunciations of Hanoi and the Vietcong for the random rocketing of civilian populated areas in Danang. in Saigon? I would remind those who are silent on these matters. yet who condemn the United States for helping South Vietnam by limited bombing of carefully selected military targets. that North Vietnam would not be bombed if it were not attacking South Vietnam.
