I would like to point out. Mr. President. that actually this has been one of the best immigrations the United States of America has ever had. We got the cream of the crop as far as the Cubans are concerned. People came over to this country who are lawyers. doctors. scientists. and engineers. including. for example. the entire faculty of the University of Havana Medical School.
