Switzerland. from November 29 to December 3. 1971. It is extremely appropriate that the gentleman from New Jersey. one of this countrys foremost defenders of human rights. was chosen to preside over the important anniversary session of this humanitarian organization. As chairman of the Immigration and Nationality Subcommittee. Mr. RODINO has continuously demonstrated his strict adherence to the principle of "freedom of movement" for all people.
