Mr. Speaker. it has been my privilege to have as my good friend for many years Msgr..John Romaniello. Until recently this remarkable man ministered to the needs of Chinese refugees in Hong Kong by feeding them highprotein noodles. Now working for the Catholic Relief Service in New York. the famed and beloved "noodle priest" has recently become involved in the work of a blackrun farm cooperative in the delta country of Mississippi. Having sent the project a noodle machine from Asia to help it provide highquality nutrition for the areas children. he traveled to Mississippi this month to assist in setting up the machine for production.
