KHASTAGIR The Senate proceeded to consider the bill for the relief of Dr. Biman K. Kastagir which had been reported from the Committee on the Judiciary with an amendment in line 4. after the word "Act". strike out "Doctor Biman K. Kastagir" and insert "Doctor Biman K. Khastagir". so as to make the bill read: Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled. That. for the purpose of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Biman K. Khastagir shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of April 27. 1955.
