Mr. Speaker. I wish to point out a problem people of South Carolina are facing as they try to deal with the OEOs migrant farmworkers division. Apparently. they feel that South Carolinians are not worthy of their time and effort. As previously mentioned. we are not being put off. we are being ignored. I am not sure if the OEOs migrant division is planning to acknowledge there are migrant farmworkers in South Carolina let alone aid them. Goodness knows they act like we have some terrible disease and they are staying as far away from South Carolina as possible. Even when we have been fortunate enough to gain an audience with these noble bureaucrats. the meetings have been strained.
