On the other hand. the flow of defectors and refugees to the United States continues unabated. Is there any question that we would have millions of refugees in America if they were given an opportunity to leave their Communist countries and enter the United States? It seems incomprehensible that any rational person could really believe living is better in Russia than in America. Our national patience is growing increasingly short with those who in their naivete imply that this is the situation.
