It is therefore our just and rightful duty to give recognition to the peoples of the Baltic Nations in their struggle to overcome opposition and to regain freedom in their homelands. On January 22. 1971. I introduced House Concurrent Resolution 7 which expresses the sense of the Congress with respect to the incorporation of Lithuania. Latvia. and Estonia into the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republic. At this time I would like to include in my remarks the text of that bill:
