Mr. Speaker. is Ruth Aleksandrovich being singled out for special punishment. because her mother speaks out here in the United States imploring the worlds citizens to give aid not only for her child. but all of those held in the Soviet Unionwhether in jail or living in fear in Soviet citieswhose sole desire is to emigrate to Israel?
