I believe. forwardlooking recent legislation in the form of amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act. Is it not true that as a result of the most recent amendments to that Immigration and Nationality Act which have occurred since I have been a Member of this body. that we now have a longer waiting list and more difficulties with certain countries waiting lists in providing vacancies for admission to the United States for the purpose of naturalization than at any time in the past?
