"The Ukrainians who have emigrated to this country have brought with them cultural and spiritual values which have contributed much to the American heritage. Holding in common the right of all peoples to determine freely their own form of government. we share a basic concern for the privileges and responsibilities of freedom ... ." SEVENTH CONGRESS or UCCA: Was held on February 21. 22 and 23. 1959 in Washington. D.C.. with 331 delegates attending.
