I am delighted to join my colleagues in a tribute to the Honorable MICHAEL A. FEIGHAN. of Ohio. The Honorable MICHAEL A. FEIGHAN of the Ohio 20th District has won the respect of everyone familiar with his record of accomplishment. As secondranking majority member of the Judiciary Committee. he long has had an established reputation as an expert in matters affecting the Federal bench and the judicial branch generally. And. as secondranking majority member of the Joint Committee on Immigration and Nationality Policy. he was largely responsible for major immigration reforms urged upon Congress by President Lyndon B. Jonhson and enacted in 1965. A graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Law School.
