He has helped restructure a meaningful immigration bill which has opened up new opportunities for reuniting families in this country. He has made enormous contributions as chairman of that subcommittee In dealing with these very complex and complicated problems. MIKE FEIGHAN has indeed served with great distinction on the Committee on the Judiciary.
