The other questions which are raised by the distinguished Senator from Louisiana are irrelevant because I have already asked the Chair about it. and the Chair has responded that if the Long motion is agreed to and the bill is reported back to the Senate. it will be amendable. We could then take up in an affirmative way. as I think we should. the items the Senator has set forth. I do not think the committee went as far as it could with regard to migrant workers. I think that issue should be brought up as an affirmative matter. I do not think the committee did the right thing in relation to child care. as I said earlier.
