Charlotte. also officiated at the marriage of Joseph Yablonski and Margaret Wasicek. They settled down in California. Pa.. and in the late 1940s moved to Clarksville. Pa. Mrs. Yablonski said: My schooling consisted of one year at Grove City College and then came the depression. There were six of us in the family and my father insisted I go to California State and become a teacher. My parents were immigrants. I never knew anyone who loved America more than my mother. My mother taught herself how to read and she could discuss such things as "Hamlet" with any of us.
