Dr. Bernardo Benes. vice president of the Washington Federal Savings & Loan Association of Miami Beach. Dr. Benes is a distinguished graduate of the University of Havana where he obtained his education as an attorney and as an accountant. was a partner of one of the most distinguished Cuban jurists before becoming legal consultant to the Cuban Treasury Department. He is the author of two books including one on capital corporations which won him first prize In the competition sponsored by the Cuban Bar Association.
