Dr. Parnell continues: Present ESEA title I migrant amendment funding in the amount of $890.951 will provide nominal educational and ancillary services for fiftyfive percent of the 7000 schoolage migrant children. To provide adequate services for all migrant children. a minimum allocation of $1.5 million would be required.
