MIILLAN The bill for the relief of Dr. Silvio Mejia Millan was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: S. 2443 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Silvio Mejia Millan shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of July 17. 1961. and the periods of time he has resided in the United States since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of sections 316 and 319 of such Act.
