Rayburn House Office Building. at 10:30 a.m. These will be the second hearings held to examine the operations of the immigration aspects of the Mutual Cultural and Educational Exchange Act. particularly the effect these provisions have on the immigration of doctors. nurses. and other members of the medical professions. Witnesses will be Dr. C. H. William Ruhe. director. Medical Education Division. American Medical Association. and Dr. Harold Margulies who until recently served as secretary of the Council on Health Manpower of the American Medical Association.
