BILSEL The bill for the relief of Dr. Yilmaz Bilsel was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read. the third time. and passed. as follows: S. 1527 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Doctor Yllmaz Bilsel shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of June 24. 1958. and the periods of time he has resided in the United States since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
