Manzini of my district has written on "My Responsibility as a Citizenin the Family. in the Community. and in the World." This outstanding young man. a student at Miami Jackson Senior High School. came to Miami only 6 years ago as a refugee from the Communist tyranny which Fidel Castro has imposed upon the beautiful island of Cuba. His sentiments are an inspiration to all of us. and they have won for him the $1.000 top award of the southern region of the Soroptimist Federation of the Americas. Inc.
