I must call to the attention of the Senate a situation that exists. whether we like it or not. that contributes to the malnutrition. and perhaps to hunger at times. in the migrant labor area that is caused entirely by the migrants themselves. I say this. speaking of the migrant labor in Florida. which I have:the honor to represent. where there is ample work for those interested in employment. As an. example of this. I wish to. plac inthe RECORD a letter I have received from a longtime friend and member of a family which has been producing fruits and vegetables since the 1880sa family which is one of our larger growers of citrus and vegetables.
