Charles Siragusa on his retirement as executive director of the Illinois Crime Commission. in which capacity he served for over 4 years. Prior to his service with the Illinois Crime Commission. Charles Siragusa was Deputy Commissioner of the U.S. Bureau of Narcotics. He served for 28 years with that Bureau and with the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
