Mass.. decided that what was needed most in Vietnam was a living memorial to the war dead of Worcester. They approached Dr. James W. Turpin of Project Concern. Today. as a result of the concentrated efforts of the people of Worcester. Mass.. there stands a living memorial in the form of a 60bed hospital and refugee center. serving over 200.000 citizens of the area of Da Lat. Vietnam. Making the main address of the ceremony was Chief of Staff of the U.S.
