Representative HOLLAND had few equals. The legislation he sponsored and supported attests to this fact. Before he passed away. he was fighting for safety in mines. improved conditions for migrant laborers. and ways to end discrimination against elderly people. These were only a few of his goals. had he lived. his determination and dedication to improve the lives of all Americans would have brought about many more successes.
