Mr. Speaker. on April 2. 1968. I called the attention of the House to the fact that the Arab States were guilty of perpetrating a diabolical myth by their insistent raising of questions about the Arab refugees. I then warned that the United States and the United Nations were wasting millions of dollars on nonexisting refugees and were in fact subsidizing the spread of antiSemitic and antiIsrael propaganda among Arab children. The views I then expressed and the facts I then presented are completely confirmed by an article by Ira Hirschmann in the September 17. 1968. issue of Look.
