The letter clearly points up the importance of the forthcoming November election and the need for every American to become aware of the issues. as follows: DEAR REPRESENTATIVE UTT: With a deep interest. I see the coming Presidential election in the United States. and I know that the citizens and the politicians of West European countries expect with hopes and fears the decision which will be made in November by the people of the first and greatest country of the world.
