This part of the bill would provide for the transfer of comprehensive aftercare. treatment and rehabilitation programs authorized by the Narcotic Addict Rehabilitation Act of 1966 to the Community Mental Health Centers Act to offer more extensive and better quality care which is so necessary in this problem which affects some 60.000 to 100.000 known addicts in the United States.
