The U.N. envoy was to follow these guiding principles: termination of the state of belligerency. acknowledgment of territorial integrity and political independence. secure and recognize boundaries. freedom of navigation through international waterways. a Just settlement of the refugee problem. and the withdrawal of Israel forces from occupied territories. The Arabs. however. have selective eyesight. They can only read that section which refers to the Israeli withdrawal.
