In any event. we were placed in that position and we started out that way. I personally have always believed In appropriate travel. I have traveled myself on two occasions with the late Francis Walter. to two conventions of the Intergovernmental Committee on European Migration at Geneva. I think they were very successful trips. On one of them I by myself went through all of the refugee camps in Europe where the hard core was still living. As a result of that. shortly thereafter we were able to get all of those people sent someplace throughout the world and all of those camps were closed. So I do not oppose travel.
