On behalf of all of those who worked so patiently and perseveringly to make this occasion possible. I welcome you. This is a moment rich and rare. a magical moment to remember ... to treasure... and to cherish. We are gathered here this morning to honor a nearforgotten immigrant and the enduring brilliance of his creative genius. The phrase "poetic justice" is used to describe an outcome in which virtue is rewarded in a particularly suitable manner. usually after much bitter disappointment and many heartbreaking delays. Today we are witnessing the happy ending of a special version of poetic justice.
