There are three moves involved there. Now it is proposed to merge this activity in one division under the Department of Justice. and on the same level as the FBI. the Bureau of Prisons. Immigration and Naturalization. Community Relations Service. and the U.S. attorneys. So It goes from there directly up to the Attorney General. the same as the other agencies on the same level.
