Mr. Speaker. I am deeply grateful for the tremendous concern and cooperation shown by everyone responsible for bringing to the floor today the bill. H.R. 15147. to provide for the naturalization of aliens who are serving our Nation honorably in combat in Vietnam. A couple in my congressional district await with great anticipation the passage of this bill because it will make possible the naturalization of their son. Sgt. Graham Bishop. who is serving his adopted country. the United States. Sergeant Bishop was born in England and is a Canadian citizen. He has been serving in Vietnam since last October.
