Our own Armed Forces have had to reduce the ancient citadel of Hue to rubble in order to "liberate" it. Many in the South Vietnamese Army seem more interested in looting than fighting. And out of all this has come a huge increase in the throngs of homeless. destitute refugees requiring immediate help and comfort. Last Friday the Wall Street Journal in its lead editorial addressed itself to this new situation. and what it said has to be significant. The Wall Street Journal is no oracle of the "new left." It is not known for its sympathy toward war protesters. draftcard burners or antinapalm demonstrators.
