Second. All efforts must continue in the United Nations for establishment of a permanent cease fire and peace in the Middle East. Third. Both Israel and Arabs alike must share a joint responsibility for the permanent resettlement of a generation of refugees. Fourth. Agreement also must be reached among the nations of the Middle East on policies and programs to assure the adequacy of water supply and use of water resources in an area where the availability of water is a major factor.
