Director of the Office of Refugee and Migration Affairs of the State Department. as well as by other representatives in the area concerned with immigration and refugee problems. namely. Mr. DeWitt Marshall. District Director of U.S. Immigration from Frankfurt. Germany. Mr. Henry Falcher. District Director of Immigration from Rome. and others. Mr. MacGregor and I were assisted by Mr. M. James Cline and Mr. Don Benn of the Judiciary Committee staff.
