Personally. I am one who is happy that we have not reached the automatic ceiling. But is it not true. I will query the gentleman from West Virginia. that this also as a secondary part of the proposed legislationwe are considering by unanimous consentextends for 1 year the period of the automatic ceiling of 120.000 such immigrants? In other words. it defers for 1 year the clapping on of that automatic ceiling? Is that not also a part of this legislation?
