Turner for the splendid work they have done to lessen the impact of the Cuban program in the Greater Miami area. I wish warmly to commend the able Committee on the Judiciary for what it has done under the able leadership of the distinguished gentleman from Ohio to provide this humanitarian aid for these people fleeing from Communist persecution and tyranny under Castro toward establishing permanent residence in our country. I have two brief questions. First. can the able gentleman estimate how long it will take the Attorney General to process the applications of the Cuban refugees who would qualify under this measure?
