Session #89 · 1965–67

Speech #890183823

(US. delegation). It is now my pleasure to introduce to the Council Congressman WLLIAM McCtLLOCH of Ohio. Without his statesmanlike support. and that of Congressman ARca A. MooaE. of West Virginia. and Congressman CLARK MAcGREGOR. of Minnesota. I doubt that the U.S. delegation could refer today with such pride to that enlightened immigration legislation. Congressman McCULLOCH is a friend and stanch supporter of ICEM who attended the Brussels meeting in 1951 at which this organization was established. .Mr. McCuLLOcH (U.S. delegation). Mr. Chairman. members of the Council and friends of this great movement everywhere. at the very outset I should like to thank the chairman of our delegation for the very gracious remarks that he has made of me and of ARcH MOORE and of Congressman MAcGREGOR.
