Mr. Speaker. I am pleased to call the attention of the Nation to the following article which appeared in the Paterson News. on January 24. 1966. It deals with the fine work of my valued constituent. Tscherimn Soobzokov. Mr. Soobzokov has been of great service to me. not only with regard to displaced persons. but with regard to immigrants and new citizens generally.
