In this question and answer form. our colleagues summary will provide most useful information for the citizens who are immediately concerned about effects of the new law. The gentleman from Ohio certainly deserves our thanks for making available to us so expeditiously this practical and concise guide to our new immigration polices. I am sure many Members of Congress. as I. have already received urgent inquiries from citizens who have been waiting long years for reunion with relatives in countries with heavily oversubscribed quotas.
