In considering the question of the admissability of supplemental workers the Attorney General needs to know what the requirements of agriculture are and whether there are available sufficient domestic workers capable of meeting these requirements. At present he relies upon advisory information only. obtained from governmental agencies which have neither statutory responsibility or the qualifications of the Department of Agriculture to obtain. evaluate. and supply such information.
