Mr. Speaker. under leave to extend my remarks I include a resolution adopted by the Delegates of the 29th biennial convention of the Supreme Lodge. Order Sons of Italy in America. The convention which met in Baltimore. Md.. August 2529. 1965. unanimously adopted this resolution expressing its appreciation of the leadership and support demonstrated by our colleague. the gentleman from New York. the distinguished chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary EMANUEL CELLER. whose talents were responsible in great part for the successful enactment of legislation to the Immigration and Nationality Act which recently passed the House. The resolution follows:
