The bill to provide a statute of limitations with respect to the deportation of aliens lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence. and to remove certain distinctions made in the Immigration and Nationality Act between nativeborn and naturalized citizens. introduced by Mr. PELL (for himself and Mr. HART). was received. read twice by its title. referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. and ordered to be printed in the RECORD. as follows: S. 2364 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That this Act may be cited as "The Immigration and Nationality Amendments Act of 1965." SEC. 2. (a) Title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:
