We here in Congress can look with pride to the fact that a Federal employee would receive such singular recognition from a State legislative body. It should be a source of great pride to us that a Federal employee. through his conduct. has won such recognition. Miss Mabel Platt. who. with Mr. Lehmann. has made the Chicago district office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service a model agency.
