Mr. Speaker. pursuant to the provisions of the act of July 14. 1960Public Law 86648the socalled fair share law. enabling the United States to participate in the resettlement of certain refugees. the Attorney General is directed to forward to the Congress every 6 months a report on administrative operations authorized under that law. In view of the continuing interest of my colleagues in the House and for their information. I wish to include in the RECORD at this point the ninth semiannual report of the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization covering the operations from July 1 to December 31. 1964. together with a summary covering the preceding eight semiannual periods. Detailed case reports on each person paroled into the United States are in the custody of the Committee on the Judiciary and are available for inspection by any Member of the House at the office of subcommittee No. 1 at 2139A Rayburn House Office Building. The report which is addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives is as follows:
