New post offices with much electronic and automated equipment are being built and more are needed in order to improve the service and cut the unfortunate deficit which this agency has been saddled with in recent years. Among the other agencies with which this bill deals are the Customs Bureauwhich serves the public through control of imports and exports. immigration. and collection of duties and impostsand the Secret Service. The Secret Service. of course. has the job of protecting our President. Vice President. and the First Family.
