I now have additional information about Frank Pestana which ought to be made public. Frank Pestana was born March 2. 1913. at Porto Santa in the Madeira Islands. Portugal. He was naturalized as a citizen of the United States in February 1937 in Alameda County. Calif. He lives in a fine home in Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles.
